All orders are shipped via tracked DPD courier service to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
Dispatch Timeframes
Because our products are custom-made, dispatch times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current production volume.
• Estimated dispatch time will be provided at the point of order confirmation.
• Please note that weekends and bank holidays are excluded from production and delivery estimates.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are included in the product price. This covers:
• Sending the Ashes Collection Kit to the customer
• Shipping the completed cremation stone(s) once manufacturing is complete
No additional delivery fees are requested at checkout for these services.
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for the return postage of the Ashes Collection Kit, as DPD does not permit prepaid return labels for this service.
• Additional charges may apply for remote locations or if you request expedited delivery.
• If you require a specific delivery date or courier service, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise accordingly.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the UK. If you require international delivery, please contact us directly to discuss options and obtain a custom quote.
Packaging and Handling
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence so we can assist you promptly.
