• Delivery estimates exclude weekends and bank holidays and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Accurate delivery information, including the recipient's name, is required to avoid delays.
6. Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement
Customers may cancel their order at any time before the manufacturing process begins. To cancel, please contact us via email or phone using the details provided in Section 14.
Once manufacturing has begun, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable, due to the bespoke nature of the goods.
We will confirm when manufacturing has started, either via email or through your order status. If cancellation is requested before this point, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Please note:
• Custom or personalized goods are exempt from cancellation once production has started, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.
• If you have any questions about your order status or eligibility for cancellation, please contact us promptly.
7. Consumer Protection Law
These Terms do not override your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
In case of conflict, mandatory consumer protection laws will prevail.
